Our new menus for the Saison 2014

Dear Friends,

For the new Season we have thought to an update and new menus to propose.

We prepare our dishes only with typical tuscan seasonal and organic products.

Here are only some tips for you!

Our cooking tips :

Menu 1 :
Mix of pecorino cheese and cold meats
Lasagne with ragout sauce
House wine and water
€ 15,00 per person

Menu 2 :
Polenta croutons with sausage
Tagliatelle pasta with porcini mushrooms
Mixed salad
Ice cream with amaretti
House wine and water
€ 18.00 per person

Menu 3 – Vegetarian proposal:
Tuscan vinaigrette with fresh vegetables
Eggplant parmesan
Fennel salad with oranges and cream of sun-dried tomatoes, almond crumble
House wine and water
Lemon sorbet
€ 25,00 per person

Menu 4 – Fish proposal
Marinated salmon on a bed of orange soncino
Sailors spaghetti with anchovies, cherry tomatoes, crumble of toasted bread.
Perch fillets baked with zucchini, cherry tomatoes, oregano and mint
Panna cotta with berries
House wine and water
€ 30,00 per person
